On October 19, Passport employees volunteered their time and joined others across the Louisville Metro area in cleaning up and beautifying our community during the 2019 Passport/Operation Brightside Community-wide Clean Up.
What is Operation Brightside?
Trees and local greenery are the common thread between beautification and sustainability. They benefit the city and impact our members in many ways: by improving air quality, managing storm water runoff, decreasing urban heat, and helping build community pride by providing quality green spaces. Operation Brightside is a special program in Louisville working to unite people in clean and green activities to beautify the city and foster community pride. Since 2013, Passport has been working closely with BrightSide to support these efforts.
