Smoking Cessation Resources

Passport Health Plan is pleased to announce a smoking cessation program for Passport Health Plan members called Yes, You Can! We want to help all members be as healthy as possible. If you are a Passport Health Plan member over the age of 18 and not pregnant, you are eligible to join the program.

If you are interested call Becky at Passport Health Plan 502-585-8366 or 1-800-578-0603 ext. 8366 and let her know that you are interested in the Yes, You Can! smoking cessation program.

In Jefferson County, call the Stop Line at 502- 574-STOP (502-574-7867) for stop smoking class information and schedules.
